Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior consultant for its FAAS practice, based in Riyadh, to support accounting projects across public and private sectors. You will assess impacts of new standards, propose changes, and coordinate multi-workstream delivery to ensure timely results.

Role requires 5–7 years in consulting/PMO, strong communication, and ability to develop executive-level presentations. English fluency is required; Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in consulting, advisory, PMO, organizational development, or transformation projects.
• Experience with government, semi-government, or large corporate organizations is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Public Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Certifications (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CBAP, or similar) are considered an advantage.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience in policy and procedure development and documentation.
• Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and report-writing capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage workstreams independently with limited supervision.
• Experience in developing executive-level presentations and reports.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development and review of policies, procedures, frameworks, and governance documents.
• Conduct current-state assessments, gap analyses, and benchmarking exercises.
• Support the design and implementation of operating models, governance structures, and organizational processes.
• Manage project plans, track deliverables, and coordinate stakeholder engagement activities.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and executive-level materials.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with client stakeholders.
• Support performance management initiatives, including KPI development and monitoring.
• Coordinate with multiple workstreams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Work directly with clients across industries to assess impact of accounting standards and regulatory changes.
