Job summary

carly | كارلي is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage daily accounting operations in Riyadh, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closings for a growing e-commerce and automotive platform.

The role requires budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and collaboration with internal teams and external auditors to strengthen controls and ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in accounting and reporting, including general ledger and financial statements.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decisions.
• Knowledge of regional tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to close monthly and year-end, with detailed reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic beneficial for local coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including GL entries and reconciliations.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and monitor cash flow.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for decision-making.
• Coordinate with external auditors and improve internal controls.
• Contribute to best practices in financial reporting for a growing platform.
