THRAA | ثراء is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting, GL entries, reconciliations, and month-end close in a fast-paced environment in Saudi Arabia.

You will prepare and review financial statements, support budgeting and forecasting, ensure IFRS compliance and local regulations, strengthen internal controls, analyze variances, and support audits with senior management for sound financial decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA/SOCPA preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting for management.
• Knowledge of IFRS and local regulatory and tax requirements.
• Proficiency with ERP software and strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience in internal controls, audits, and process improvement.
• Several years of progressive accounting experience in investment/financial services.
• Odoo ERP experience preferred.

The Senior Accountant will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-the, year-end closing activities. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and local regulations. The role will also involve monitoring internal controls, analyzing variances, supporting audits, and providing financial insights to management.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in financial accounting, general ledger management, and financial statement preparation.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting for management.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and local regulatory and tax requirements.
• Proficiency with accounting and ERP software, along with solid Excel and data analysis skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain internal controls, support audits, and improve accounting processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, SOCPA) is preferred.
• Several years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within investment, financial services, or related sectors.
• Odoo ERP experience preferred.
