Job summary

Naseej in Riyadh seeks a highly skilled Senior Accountant to ensure financial accuracy and IFRS-compliant reporting while supporting business decisions with reliable analysis.

The role involves managing day-to-day accounting, month-end close, and consolidated reporting across entities, with a focus on ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and adherence to Zakat, VAT, and WHT regulations in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior Accountant role.
• Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
• Consolidated financial reporting experience.
• Experience in project-based accounting and budget control.
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS and financial compliance standards.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial tools.
• Experience in the technology or digital transformation sector is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Zakat and withholding tax regulations in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities using ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Oversee consolidated financial reporting across departments or entities.
• Support project-based accounting, including cost tracking and budget monitoring.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
• Perform financial analysis and build models to support business strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, project managers).
• Ensure compliance with Zakat, VAT, and withholding tax (WHT) regulations, including timely filing and reporting to ZATCA.
