Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Riyadh is looking for a Senior Specialist to operate and maintain advanced 3D printing systems. This role involves managing the development and optimization of printing processes, ensuring safety compliance, and collaborating with various teams on projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in additive manufacturing and a solid understanding of CAD/CAM software, particularly Siemens NX. This position offers a chance to contribute to cutting-edge prototype part manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience operating industrial metal 3D printers.
• Proven experience in additive manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate 3D printing machines including metal and composite printers.
• Prepare, slice, and optimize build files using CAD and slicing software.
• Monitor and control all machine operation aspects.
• Conduct part inspection, calibration, and post-processing.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate to improve print strategies and build orientation.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance according to ATEX standards.
• Manage material inventory and support material selection.
• Manage turnkey jobs and projects with internal customers.

Skills

Strong working knowledge of CAD/CAM software

Knowledge of additive manufacturing software

Experience with electromechanical systems

Experience in post-processing operations

Experience with CNC and conventional machining

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
