About the Role

To ensure the overall safety and security of all Almarai assets, people, buildings, and valuables by ensuring strict control on the movement of vehicle/pedestrian or any valuables in and out of the respective depot and provide timely update to his line manager on daily basis.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain the security for depot premises and Almarai properties to ensure safeguarding of all Almarai assets in each depot.
2. Prevent access of unauthorized people to depot premises to ensure safety to the people and assets.
3. Maintain good relationship with all employees and customers to project a positive image of Almarai to internal and external customer.
4. Handle routine enquires and direct visitors to appropriate personnel to avoid excessive waiting time or unauthorized people from accessing depot premises.
5. Answer telephone calls correctly when employees are not present to project a professional image of the company.

Requirements

• High School certificate.
• Completed special training on security.
• Previous supervisory position.
• 2+ years experience as security guard supervisor
• Good verbal and written communication English skills.
• Must have competencies such as: Executes work methodically/follow instructions, Ability to supervise a team, good communication skills, positive attitude, working alone on own initiative, working well with others in a team, working carefully and paying attention to fine detail,
