Job description

We are looking for a Security Engineer with hands‑on experience in Forcepoint DLP, Kaspersky XDR, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions. The role will focus on implementing, operating, and maintaining security controls to protect endpoints, data, and mobile devices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy, configure, and manage Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and controls.
  • Operate and maintain Kaspersky XDR, including endpoint protection, detection, and response.
  • Manage MDM solutions to enforce security policies on corporate and BYOD devices.
  • Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and support remediation activities.
  • Ensure endpoint, data, and mobile security controls are aligned with security policies and compliance requirements.
  • Integrate security tools with SIEM/SOC processes where applicable.
Qualifications
  • Hands‑on experience with Forcepoint DLP.
  • Experience managing Kaspersky XDR or similar XDR/EDR platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of MDM solutions (e.g., Intune, MobileIron, or equivalent).
  • Understanding of endpoint security, data protection, and incident response.
  • Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
