Qualifications

• Diploma in security management or related field.
• Minimum 17 years of progressive security experience in multinational environments.
• Bilingual Arabic/English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with government entities and regulatory authorities.
• ISO 9001:2008 (quality management) or equivalent is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive logistics security and safety strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead strategic planning for security, safety and administration across logistics facilities and operations.
• Oversee security programs including access control, CCTV, perimeter protection and incident management.
• Coordinate with government authorities, clients, and partners to embed security into planning and operations.
• Direct incident response, risk assessments, and governance frameworks for accountability and compliance.
