Job summary

Acuative Middle East is seeking a Senior Security Architect to drive Secure by Design across complex IT initiatives in the region. You will act as the security SME, coordinating inputs from Privacy, SOC, Vulnerability Management and Cyber Assurance teams to ensure secure go-lives.

You will mentor the Security Architect, maintain SbD practices, and lead risk assessments and design reviews while ensuring all controls are in place before deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or a related field.
• 10 to 15 years in information security, including at least 5 years in security architecture or Secure by Design roles.

Responsibilities

• Act as the security SME for assigned projects through SbD phases from initiation to go-live.
• Define security requirements from controls matrix and policies.
• Review HLD/LLD for security and raise design issues.
• Run threat modelling on new or changed solutions.
• Carry out security architecture assurance and provide go-live endorsement.
• Mentor the Security Architect and ensure deliverables are audit-ready.
