Job summary

ConFlip is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for a seasonal Waiter/Waitress role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will take orders, serve beverages and meals, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and proactive checks.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, accurately taking orders, serving promptly, handling payments, and maintaining hygiene standards in a fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly and addressing any concerns or requests.
• Assist with setting up tables, preparing the dining area, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant.
• Handle payments using POS system.
• Follow all safety and hygiene standards.
