Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Bilingual Arabic STEM Expert (PhD) for an AI safety contract. You will write expert-level prompts in Arabic, assess and annotate model outputs, and apply guidelines to categorize conversations. Collaboration with AI research teams will improve safety and performance.

Remote work and flexible scheduling are offered, with an immediate start option. Fluency in Arabic and business-level English is required, along with a PhD in chemistry, biology, or related fields.

Position: Bilingual Arabic STEM Expert (PhD) — AI Safety Type: Contract Compensation: $38–$42/hour Location: Remote

• Based in Saudi Arabia or the wider MENA region.

• Experience with chemical safety, biosafety, or hazardous-materials handling.
• Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming technical content.
