Job summary

Americana Restaurants in the Kingdom invites Saudi nationals to join our Marketing team as a Marketing Associate/Officer. You will coordinate campaigns with Operations and agencies, develop and refine marketing strategies, and ensure precise briefing and execution of advertising, promotions, and product launches.

You will conduct market research, monitor trends, and verify brand implementation at restaurant level.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a Marketing Associate or Marketing Officer.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Strong time management and the ability to stay agile and flexible across competing tasks.
• Proven ability to coordinate across different departments.
• Experience in QSR, F&B, retail, or FMCG is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing activities and policies with Operations and marketing agencies.
• Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy based on business objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
• Ensure accurate briefing and implementation of advertising and promotional activity: campaigns, media planning, POS material, and packaging.
• Support the development and launch of new products.
• Initiate market research studies and analyse their findings.
• Visit the market regularly to verify that brand strategies are implemented correctly at restaurant level.
• Monitor market trends and business developments, and benchmark performance against competitors.
• Support pricing strategy development, balancing company objectives with customer satisfaction.
• Help safeguard product profitability in line with company objectives.
• Use metrics to measure progress against objectives for each initiative, and report on performance and return on investment.
• Track campaign spend against approved budgets.
• Ensure we communicate the right messaging to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Keep the customer experience front of mind at every brand touchpoint.
• Coordinate daily with Operations, Brand Leadership, Finance, HR, IT, and the Development and Real Estate teams.
• Liaise with franchisors, vendors, and agencies to deliver activity on time and to brand standard.
