Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an entry-level Civil/related field engineer for roles in Saudi Arabia's Riyadh region. This program targets Saudi nationals, offering exposure to road and infrastructure projects while developing technical and professional skills through mentorship.

You will assist in reviewing drawings, preparing reports, coordinating with contractors, and supporting planning, scheduling, and quality reviews on site. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 3 years experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork; eager to learn.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, technical documents, and coordinate on site.

Overview

This role is dedicated for Saudi Nationals under localization initiatives. The Engineer supports technical, site, and administrative tasks in road and infrastructure projects while gaining professional development and engineering exposure.

Your role

• Support engineering teams in reviewing drawings, technical documents, and site coordination.
