Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia is seeking a junior engineer for road and infrastructure projects under localization initiatives. You will support engineering teams by reviewing drawings, technical documents, and coordinating with site activities while gaining professional development and hands-on exposure.

Fresh graduates or engineers with up to 3 years of experience will assist progress monitoring, inspections, and reports, and collaborate with contractors, consultants and authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 3 years experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering teams in reviewing drawings, technical documents and site coordination.
• Assist in monitoring construction progress, preparing reports and inspections.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and authorities on project matters.
• Contribute to planning, scheduling, quantity take-offs and safety reviews.
