Job summary

APM Monaco is seeking an Area Manager for Saudi Arabia to lead and develop our retail network across the Kingdom, driving sales performance, operations, and client experience at the highest standard.

You will maintain premium visual merchandising, recruit and coach Store Managers, and build a strong local market through targeted events and data-driven planning. Fluent Arabic and English are essential; experience in luxury fashion jewelry is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in dynamic international retail brands
• 2+ years in multi-store management
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities
• Understanding of luxury retail standards

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute overall sales strategy to achieve objectives
• Drive sales across boutiques and ensure KPI targets are met
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and define action plans
• Set objectives for store managers and monitor performance
• Oversee inventory, operations, and visual merchandising standards
• Lead, coach, and develop retail teams and store managers
• Collaborate with HR for recruitment and training
• Ensure exceptional client experience and VIP initiatives
