Job summary

Barqsystems seeks a seasoned SAP FI/FM professional in Riyadh to design, configure, implement and support SAP FI/FM solutions that ensure accurate financial processing, budgeting, and control. You will ensure seamless integration with MM, HR, Projects, and other modules.

The role requires a minimum of 3+ years of SAP FI and/or FM experience, with preference for S/4HANA Finance expertise. Expect involvement in end-to-end finance projects and user training in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Information Systems, or related field.
• SAP FI/FM or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze finance and budgeting business requirements.
• Configure and support SAP FI processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting.
• Configure and support SAP Funds Management (FM).
• Support budget planning, allocation, availability control, and budget monitoring.
• Prepare Functional Specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and developments.
• Perform financial data migration and reconciliation.
• Investigate and resolve accounting and integration issues.
• Participation in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation and enhancement projects.

Job description

Design, configure, implement, and support SAP Financial Accounting and Funds Management solutions to ensure accurate financial processing, budgeting, financial control, and integration with other business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze finance and budgeting business requirements.

Configure and support SAP FI processes including:

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Asset Accounting (AA)

Bank Accounting

Configure and support SAP Funds Management (FM).

Support budget planning, allocation, availability control, and budget monitoring.

Configure financial structures and related master data.

Ensure integration between FI/FM and other SAP modules, including:

MM

Procurement

Projects

HR

Asset Management

Support Month-End and Year-End closing activities.

Prepare Functional Specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and developments.

Perform financial data migration and reconciliation.

Investigate and resolve accounting and integration issues.

Perform Unit Testing and Integration Testing.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Provide functional support and training to finance users.

Participation in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation and enhancement projects

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Information Systems, or related field.

SAP FI/FM or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is preferred.

Experience

Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in SAP FI and/or SAP FM.

Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes.

SAP S/4HANA experience is preferred.
