Job summary

Recruit 121 Group seeks an experienced SAP Materials Management (MM) Consultant for a 4-month contract in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is weekly onsite, with English required and Arabic preferred, to support a major SAP MM implementation.

You will handle master data maintenance, procurement configuration, and integration with FICO and SD, while coordinating closely with stakeholders and performing testing, data migration, and validation activities.

• Strong process knowledge across procurement, inventory, and master data.
• Experience in SAP configuration, testing, and implementation delivery.
• English speaking and ideally Arabic.

Language Requirements: English (essential); Arabic (preferred)

The Role:

You'll support procurement, inventory management, and materials planning activities across a major SAP MM implementation. Core responsibilities include master data maintenance (materials, vendors, storage locations), procurement process configuration and optimisation, goods receipt and issue workflows, and integration with other modules including FICO for costing and SD for demand. You'll be involved in process mapping, configuration testing, data cleanup and migration, and month-end validation. This is hands-on consultant work — expect configuration, analysis, and close stakeholder engagement.

Must-have:

• Proven SAP MM expertise with at least 6 years' hands-on consulting experience
• Strong process knowledge across procurement, inventory, and master data
• Experience in SAP configuration, testing, and implementation delivery
• English speaking and ideally Arabic

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with S/4HANA or extended warehouse management (EWM)
• Background in manufacturing or distribution sectors
• Familiarity with Middle East market practices
