The role combines deep SAP technical architecture with AI/ML integration, emphasizing scalable, secure, and intelligent enterprise solutions and collaboration with data scientists to embed predictive analytics and NLP into SAP workflows.

Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA: 10+ years total SAP experience, 5+ years in S/4HANA technical roles.
• ABAP/Development: Expert ABAP, ABAP on HANA, CDS, AMDP, RAP.
• Integration: SAP PI/PO, CPI, IDocs, RFC, REST/OData APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA technical design, development and deployment across on-premise, private cloud, or public cloud.
• Architect and optimize integrations using SAP Integration Suite, CPI, and OData services.
• Perform technical assessments, gap analyses, and migration strategies for S/4HANA conversions (Brownfield/Greenfield).
• Develop ABAP objects including ABAP RAP, AMDP, and CDS views.
• Identify opportunities to integrate SAP AI Core, AI Business Services, and Joule; embed AI/ML into SAP workflows.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Technical Consultant with over 10 years of expertise in SAP S/4HANA to lead complex technical implementations, migrations, and optimizations. The ideal candidate will not only possess deep technical mastery of the SAP ecosystem but also demonstrate a strong understanding of how Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) can be integrated into SAP solutions to drive business innovation. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between traditional SAP technical architecture and modern AI-driven capabilities, ensuring scalable, secure, and intelligent enterprise solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• SAP S/4HANA Technical Leadership:
  • Lead end-to-end technical design, development, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA solutions (On-premise, Private Cloud, or Public Cloud).
  • Architect and optimize complex integrations using SAP Integration Suite, CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), and OData services.
  • Perform technical assessments, gap analysis, and migration strategies for S/4HANA conversions (Brownfield/Greenfield).
  • Develop custom ABAP objects, including ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), AMDP, and Core Data Services (CDS) views.
• AI & Intelligent Enterprise Integration:
  • Identify opportunities to integrate SAP AI Core, SAP AI Business Services, and SAP Joule into existing S/4HANA landscapes.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and AI teams to embed predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision capabilities into SAP workflows.
  • Design and implement AI-driven automation for processes such as intelligent invoice processing, demand forecasting, and predictive maintenance.
  • Ensure data quality and governance standards are met to support AI/ML model training and inference within the SAP ecosystem.
• Technical Optimization & Performance:
  • Conduct performance tuning and HANA database optimization to ensure high availability and low latency.
  • Implement security best practices, including role-based access control (RBAC) and data encryption.
  • Mentor junior technical consultants and provide thought leadership on SAP technology trends.

Key Requirements

• SAP S/4HANA: 10+ years of total SAP experience, with at least 5+ years specifically in S/4HANA technical roles.
• ABAP & Development: Expert-level proficiency in ABAP, ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and RAP.
• Integration: Strong experience with SAP PI/PO, CPI, IDocs, RFC, and REST/OData APIs.
• Database: Deep understanding of SAP HANA database architecture, SQLScript, and performance tuning.
• Cloud: Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and cloud-native development.
