Job summary

Ladwig Consulting client in Riyadh is seeking an SAP FICO Consultant to implement and support SAP FI/CO, ensuring tight integration with business processes and financial reporting.

You will gather requirements, design solutions, configure the SAP system, and train end users, with on-site presence in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate has FI/CO experience, Arabic fluency, and a background in industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years as an SAP consultant, preferably FI/CO.
• FI/CO knowledge with exposure to PP/QM/SD/HCM is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
• Based in Riyadh, willing to work full-time on-site.
• Experience in cable manufacturing or industrial sectors is desirable but not required.

Job description

The SAP FICO Consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP Financial Accounting FI and Controlling CO modules. This role requires a strong understanding of financial business processes and their integration within SAP. The consultant will work closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, configure SAP systems and provide end-user training and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience as an SAP Consultant, preferably within SAP FI/CO (junior to mid-level).
• Functional understanding of FI/CO with exposure to PP/QM, SD, or HCM considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Arabic speaking is mandatory.
• Based in Riyadh, KSA, and available for full-time on-site work.
• Experience in the cable manufacturing or wider industrial sector is highly desirable but not mandatory.
