Job summary

Müller's Solutions in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to implement and support SAP Ariba solutions tailored to procurement and supply chain processes.

You will collaborate with clients to optimize procurement operations using SAP Ariba, provide L2/L3 production support for modules such as Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing/Contracts, and Ariba Network, and assist with ERP/S/4HANA integrations via Cloud Integration Gateway.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a closely related field.
• 3–8+ years of hands-on SAP Ariba experience including support and implementation.
• Experience with SAP Ariba modules: Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing/Contracts, and Ariba Network.
• Experience with SAP integration technologies such as CIG, IDoc interfaces, and APIs.
• Knowledge of SLAs, incident prioritization, and support processes.
• Proficient in ticketing tools like ServiceNow and Jira for incident management.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Ariba modules in production.
• Analyze and resolve issues in Ariba Commerce Automation, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance.
• Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and stability; support SAP ERP/S/4HANA integrations via CIG.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Support master data management and assist users with training, troubleshooting, and process guidance.
• Manage change requests, ensure SLA/KPI compliance, and maintain documentation including knowledge base and SOPs.
