Job Purpose

We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to achieve sales performance targets by executing sales strategies, managing assigned accounts, and coordinating with internal teams. The role ensures accurate sales materials, pricing, and continuous improvement of sales processes to enhance customer experience and business results.

Key Responsibilities

General Accountability:

  • Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and instructions to ensure consistent and compliant operations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on system enhancements, process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
  • Promote adherence to policies and procedures across the organization.

Functional Accountability:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure availability of sales materials, pricing, and product information.
  • Manage end-to-end sales execution, including documentation and system updates, to ensure timely deal closure.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, customer experience, and sales tools.
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to enhance sales effectiveness and offerings.
  • Track sales milestones in the system to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
  • Ensure full compliance with sales policies while maximizing efficiency and results.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
  • Support sales launches by ensuring readiness of tools, offers, and customer-facing materials.
Job Requirements
