Job summary

Musco is seeking a Sales Representative in our Dammam, Saudi Arabia office to execute the sales plan for transportation and infrastructure projects. The role requires bilingual Arabic/English speakers with 3–5 years of sales experience and a proven track record with technical products.

The position involves extensive travel (50%) within the KSA and GCC, and in-person training at the corporate HQ in Iowa. Strong communication, teamwork, and IT skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing and 3-5 years of sales experience.
• Proficient in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to attend extended in-person training at Musco Corporate HQ in Iowa (USA).
• Proven track record in sales with a technical product.
• Experience reviewing AutoCAD, Project Plans, Google Earth is preferred.
• Self-directed with ability to make informed decisions independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively (50%), mostly within KSA and GCC.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Teams, email, internet and general PC/Mobile use.
• Ability to learn, understand, and teach technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales Management on territory and project strategy.
• Build relationships with T&I customers, contractors and end-users in the marketplace.
• Generate new sales and project opportunities to reach goals.
• Assess customer lighting needs and propose Musco products and services.
• Maintain accurate project data in the sales database and prepare quotes.
• Negotiate prices and terms, including credit arrangements.
• Identify key decision makers to maximize Musco’s project opportunities.
• Present Musco products through meetings, field visits and trade shows.
• Collaborate with technical staff to design, produce and install solutions.
• Provide weekly and quarterly project updates to Sales Management.
