Key Responsibilities

• Make a database for all customers (construction projects, construction companies, landscaping companies, and other nurseries).
• Make yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily sales plans.
• Make yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily reports.
• Prepare daily visit reports.
• Achieve sales targets.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand the client base.
• Develop and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements to effectively present and recommend our end‑to‑end solutions, from design concept to on‑ground implementation and maintenance.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with our design, project, and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful project delivery.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role, preferably within the landscaping, horticulture, or construction industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self‑motivated and results‑oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
• Knowledge of landscaping, softscape, hardscape, or irrigation systems would be a significant advantage.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred.
• Candidate must be in Saudi Arabia.
