Job summary

Hilton in Jeddah is seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue by securing new business opportunities and delivering memorable hospitality experiences across our hotel cluster.

You will generate leads, grow accounts, negotiate group and corporate bookings, and collaborate with hotel teams to create standout guest experiences while aligning with pricing strategies. Strong local market awareness and proactive client engagement are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads: Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities across revenue streams
• Grow customer accounts: Build relationships with existing customers and travel locally to expand market share and drive business to the hotel/cluster
• Negotiate and contract effectively: Secure group and corporate bookings by negotiating rates and preparing contracts in line with pricing strategies
• Develop local marketing: Support business growth by leveraging creative marketing channels tailored to the local market
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with other hotel departments to develop exceptional guest experiences and build comprehensive sales programs
• Provide visibility into sales efforts: Maintain detailed records of sales activity and deliver timely updates to Sales leadership
• Respond to client enquiries: Handle customer questions and requests promptly and professionally to support conversion and satisfaction
