Job summary

Hungerstation is seeking a Sales Enablement Leader to drive the development and execution of our sales capability framework across Acquisition, Account Management, Telesales, and Incubation teams in the Commercial division.

You will translate product updates into persuasive training content, deliver high-impact sessions, oversee onboarding, and measure impact with clear metrics while partnering with Product and Tech to improve the sales engine.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement or management.
• Experience designing and scaling training programs for sales teams.
• Familiarity with modern sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of sales capability frameworks.
• Design learning paths for Acquisition, AM, Telesales, Incubation.
• Deliver high-impact training sessions and onboarding.
• Analyze training needs and measure ROI with KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech to create sales playbooks.
