We are seeking a seasoned Sales Development Professional with a proven track record, not just in sales, but specifically in the software agency, digital consulting, or SaaS space within Saudi Arabia. Your mission is to leverage your deep market knowledge to connect with high-level decision-makers and secure foundational partnerships in the region's most dynamic sectors.

What You Will Own:
  • Deep Dive Research: Systematically map the Saudi and GCC market to identify high-potential prospects (Tier-1 E-commerce, FinTech, VCs, and large corporates) that require advanced digital transformation and software solutions.
  • Expert Engagement: Initiate and lead strategic discovery conversations with C-level and VP-level technology buyers, articulating Gradion’s value proposition in the context of their specific digital roadmap and technical challenges.
  • Pipeline Generation: Consistently qualify leads, focusing on genuine fit, budget, and timeline (BANT), and successfully transition qualified opportunities to the Senior Sales/Consulting team.
  • Market Intelligence: Serve as Gradion's eyes and ears on the ground, contributing actionable insights on Saudi tech trends, competitor strategies, and emerging high-growth segments.
What You Must Bring (Non-Negotiable Requirements):
  • Experience Benchmark: Minimum 4+ years of dedicated, verifiable sales, business development, or client-facing experience within a Software Agency, Digital Consulting Firm, or Enterprise SaaS company. (Experience from call centers, retail sales, or non-tech sectors will not be considered).
  • Domain Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of the concepts behind custom software development, digital transformation, AI/ML implementation, and IT consulting services.
  • Market Presence: Current residence and strong professional network within Saudi Arabia is mandatory (remote KSA setup).
  • Communication Mastery: Absolute fluency in both English and Business Arabic (written and spoken) with exceptional presentation skills tailored for enterprise executive audiences.
  • Drive: Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven, with a demonstrable history of hitting ambitious targets.
