A leading company in Saudi Arabia seeks a professional to manage customer relationships, ensure compliance with operational standards, and enhance non-cash payments. The role involves direct customer engagement, operational audits, and performance management. A Bachelor's degree is required along with 4 to 6 years of overall experience and 1 to 3 years in a managerial position. Candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills.
Ensure salesmen not violating the SOPs related to stocks, credit and companymoney. They are supposed to conduct van checks, validating market outstanding, reconciling salesmen’s account. All their findings will be escalated to NSMs for necessary action. For larger outlets, sales auditors will obtain the confirmation on statement of account (SOA).
Make calls (by telephone or in person) to allocated customers to develop new relationships. Act as a first point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.
Interview the customer, following a complex multilevel sales script, to clarify the customer's requirements, or assist in conducting interviews with potential customers, making detailed notes to collect client requirements.
Identify potential customers by obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations from existing customers.
Identify the products or services that best meet the customer's stated needs, explain the selection to the customer, and invite the customer to make a purchase at the standard price/terms and conditions of sale.
Build strong relationship (Binzagr / customer) with top customers to ensure 100% availability, visibility, on-time payments, optimize RTM.
Identify, within the team, instances of noncompliance with the organization's policies and procedures and/or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these instances and escalating issues as appropriate.
Prioritize own workflow and ensure work is completed to the required standards of productivity, quality, and timeliness; use performance management systems to improve personal performance.
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level.
Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others (4 to 6 years)
Experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes (1 to 3 years)
