Job summary

ACWA Power is seeking an Industrial Security Coordination Manager to serve as the primary liaison with SAIS and ACWA affiliates for regulatory compliance, employee security verification, and clearances in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The role ensures SAIS directives are implemented across ACWA and its affiliates, coordinating with government authorities, and guiding projects to maintain full compliance with industrial security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Security/HSE or engineering field is required.
• Saudi national and married (as per SAIS preferences).
• Experience with SAIS approvals and industrial security governance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the official liaison between ACWA and SAIS on industrial security matters.
• Coordinate submissions, inspections, and regulatory engagements with SAIS and authorities.
• Oversee employee and contractor security verification and clearances.
• Monitor compliance obligations and provide guidance to projects and facilities.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards on security compliance.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure timely regulatory submissions.
