Job summary

ACWA is seeking an Industrial Security Coordination Manager to act as the primary liaison between ACWA and SAIS on industrial security regulatory compliance, employee verification, security clearances, and regulatory approvals across ACWA and its affiliates in the Kingdom.

You will coordinate audits, manage background checks, track SAIS submissions, and prepare reports while collaborating with HR, project teams, and external authorities to ensure timely approvals and ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Security/HSE or any Equivalent Degree in Engineering.
• Shall be a Saudi National.
• Shall be married from Saudi.
• Have SAIS approval (Preferred).
• Female (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the focal point between ACWA and SAIS on security matters.
• Coordinate communication, meetings, inspections, and regulatory engagements with SAIS and authorities.
• Ensure timely submission of regulatory documents and reports to SAIS and authorities.
• Maintain confidential records of employee security verification and approvals.
• Support SAIS audits, site visits, and regulatory reviews.
