Job summary

Hilton in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Safety and Security professional to maintain a safe environment for guests and Team Members, ensuring compliance with hotel safety standards and procedures.

You will monitor fire and life safety systems, conduct regular safety inspections, respond to emergencies, support evacuations, report hazards, and coordinate with Security, Engineering, and authorities as required. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or relevant certification.
• Experience in hotel safety or security preferred.
• Knowledge of fire safety, emergency procedures, and workplace safety.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and good command of English.
• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
