Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily facility engineering activities in camps and administrative facilities.
  • Oversee operation, inspection, and maintenance of HVAC, DX, and ventilation systems.
  • Supervise maintenance of pumps, hydraulic systems, water supply, drainage, and firefighting systems.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules per approved plans.
  • Ensure timely corrective maintenance and emergency repairs.
  • Assign tasks to foremen and technicians and monitor work progress.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers under management guidance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and local regulations.
  • Assist in preparing maintenance reports, work orders, and records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education & Experience:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering).
  • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in facilities management and engineering maintenance.
  • Good knowledge of preventive and operational building and equipment maintenance systems.
  • Ability to manage teams and supervise technicians and external contractors.
  • Strong skills in planning, organizing, and problem-solving to ensure efficient facility operations.
  • Familiarity with occupational health, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to prepare regular performance and maintenance reports.
