Job summary

S3Arabia in Riyadh seeks an Aviation Maintenance Test Pilot (MTP) to lead maintenance flight testing and operational checks, under the Production Control Manager. The role includes in-flight troubleshooting, airworthiness verification after extensive aircraft maintenance, and completing all required flight records and forms.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's degree, rotorcraft Commercial and Instrument licenses, 300 MTP hours and 1500 total flight hours, with Army/FAA flight physicals,

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent training/experience.
• 2 years' MTP experience as per AR 95-20.
• Commercial Pilot Rotorcraft Helicopter; Instrument Helicopter license.
• Graduate of US military MTP course (or civilian equivalent).
• Pass Army/FAA Class II Flight Physical on hire and annually thereafter.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• 300 MTP hours total.
• 1500 hours total flight time.
• AH-6i, MD 530, MD 530FF, OH 58D qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform Maintenance Test Flights (MTF) and Maintenance Operational Checks (MOC).
• Conduct in-flight troubleshooting and verifications for airworthiness post-maintenance.
• Complete required maintenance forms, records, and logbook entries.
• Conduct pre-flight readiness inspections and post-flight briefings.
• Start, run-up, fly, navigate and safely land aircraft per operators manual.
