Job summary

You should have at least 2 years of waiter experience, excellent verbal and written communication, knowledge of menu items and pricing, and the stamina to work long hours on your feet, independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Waiter or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of menu items, pricing, preparation methods, ingredients and presentation styles.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work long hours on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and take their orders
• Serve food and beverages to customers
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and served in a timely manner
• Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant area and ensure that all dishes are properly washed and stored away
• Provide recommendations for menu items as requested by customers
