Job summary

Aggreko plc is seeking a Customer Service Specialist based in Riyadh to drive the integrity of Customer Service Management and act as the central contact for customers throughout the rental process. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure a great customer experience and accurate order processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant customer service/contract administration experience in a B2B environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems such as Salesforce and M3.
• Good written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Collaborative leadership with a results-oriented approach and proactive problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain data accuracy and meet service level expectations.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal contact, manage customer relationships throughout the hire life cycle.
• Lead and guide the Customer Service team to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Oversee dashboards, KPIs, and reports for the department.
• Handle inbound calls and emails promptly against touchpoint standards and KPIs.
• Own reactive customer queries and coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
• Support sales with orders, change orders, post-order follow-up, and integration processes.
• Coordinate customer requirements across internal teams and systems.
• Verify order documentation before integrations in ERP systems and update records.
• Track order changes and issue hire confirmations to clients.
• Follow up on LPOs, extensions, and missing equipment to aid timely invoicing.
