Job summary

Cigna Saudi Arabia in Riyadh is seeking an Actuarial Analyst to join the growing actuarial function. The role focuses on data analytics, pricing for the Middle East and Africa region, and collaboration with Sales, Underwriting and Product Development.

You will support monthly close, reserve assumptions, and regulatory submissions while pursuing actuarial credentials. Ideal candidates have an undergraduate degree in actuarial science or similar, limited work experience, and strong English

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance or related field.
Some progress towards Associate credentials with IFoA or SOA.
Commitment towards pursuing Fellowship.
Be self-motivated and results driven.
Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Not more than 3 years of work experience.
Knowledge of health insurance concepts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Data analytics reconciliations and processing.
Actuarial pricing for MEA region including experience studies and pricing assumptions.
Support analytics related to medical cost drivers and trends for actuarial analysis and reporting.
Develop, test, and maintain pricing and underwriting tools.
Support monthly financial close including reserving process and communicating drivers of results.
Assist in compiling regulatory submissions.
