Muller’s Solutions is seeking a Linux OS System Administrator to manage and optimize the enterprise RHEL server environment. The role covers installation, configuration, monitoring, and security, supporting SAP HANA and S/4HANA on RHEL, and coordinating with ERP, application, and database teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of Linux system administration (RHEL/CentOS) in an enterprise context.
• Proficient in RHEL versions 7, 8, 9 and RHEL clustering (Pacemaker).
• Extensive experience supporting SAP/SAPHANA on RHEL.
• OS installation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and patch management experience.
• Experience managing user and group accounts.
• Familiarity with SCOM/AppDynamics and SCCM.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7/365 shift environment.
• Excellent documentation and teamwork skills.
• Awareness of cybersecurity regulations (NCA, NIC).
• RHCSA or LPIC certifications are a plus.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) for Linux deployments.
• Familiarity with Ansible, Puppet.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with remote teams.

• Install, configure, and manage Linux servers and applications for high availability.
• Monitor performance, perform maintenance, and apply updates.
• Identify and resolve OS, hardware, and network issues.
• Implement security best practices in Linux environments.
• Assist deployment and management of applications on Linux servers.
• Document configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
• Support backup and recovery processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes.
• Ensure RHEL systems comply with vendor guidance and security regulations (NCA, NIC).
• Manage RHEL lifecycles and clusters (RHEL 7/8/9).
• Provide daily operational support including OS install, monitoring, troubleshooting, antivirus, and resource management.
• Manage RedHat HA Extension (Pacemaker) clusters and SAP/SAPHANA environments.
• Review logs and OS behavior proactively.
• Coordinate with ERP, application, database, and hosting teams.
• Manage client agents for server monitoring (SCOM, AppDynamics) and server management (SCCM).
• Create and maintain design and operations docs.
• Create, maintain, delete user/group accounts and policies.
• Raise and manage RedHat support tickets.
