PPOAR is hiring a Retail Sales Associate for our store in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role welcomes candidates without prior retail experience as comprehensive training is provided. You will greet customers, assess needs, and promote products while handling transactions in a fast-paced setting.

The position offers accommodation and a free visa, with weekly and weekend shifts as required to meet sales targets. Open to Indian nationals currently residing in Jeddah or willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• No English proficiency required; basic Arabic is a plus.
• Indian nationality preferred; other nationalities may apply.
• Previous retail or sales experience is not required but desirable.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products accordingly.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Help with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and product demands.
