Job summary

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a Pharmacist to manage daily store operations, dispense prescribed and OTC medications, and provide expert health guidance to customers. The role requires strong pharmacological knowledge and customer-focused service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with health and safety policies, and participate in inventory and cash handling processes to support store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BSc in Pharmacy is required by law.
• 1–3 years of experience in pharmacy roles.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite is expected.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions and dispense medication with guidance on dosage and interactions.
• Educate customers on proper handling of medical equipment for home use.
• Supervise and develop store staff through performance conversations and coaching.
• Monitor sales performance and customer satisfaction at store level.
• Process payments and reconcile with Finance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer needs and proposing products.
