Job summary

Flyper in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Merchandiser to manage product presentation and stock in our retail stores. This full-time role focuses on optimizing assortment, shelf impact, and in-store promotions to drive sales.

You will visit stores regularly, analyze sales data, collaborate with marketing, and train staff on merchandising techniques. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of retail experience are preferred; English is required, Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry.
• Knowledge of merchandising principles, visual standards, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visit assigned stores to ensure proper product placement and presentation according to company standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and personnel to ensure optimal product placement and availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the sales team to ensure timely replenishment of products.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make recommendations for product assortment changes or improvements.
• Train store staff on product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store promotions and events.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide suggestions for improvement or differentiation.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, products, or opportunities for growth.
