Job summary

Reef Group seeks an accomplished Interior Design Section Head to lead architectural and interior design across the Group’s retail branches and commercial locations. You will establish and uphold design standards, review outputs, and coordinate with Real Estate, Leasing, Projects, Construction, Operations, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure brand-aligned, efficient spaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or an equivalent field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in architectural/interior design for retail or commercial environments.
• Strong leadership and ability to supervise a design team.
• Proven ability to review drawings, specs, and design outputs.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural and interior design for retail branches and commercial locations.
• Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and branch manuals.
• Review concepts, layouts, and drawings for new branches and renovations.
• Balance aesthetics with operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Leasing, Projects, Construction, and Marketing teams.
