Job summary

Work standard is seeking an experienced Resort Manager to oversee daily operations of a luxury resort in Hafr al Batin. You will ensure guest satisfaction, efficient service, and smooth running of all departments, from front desk to housekeeping and F&B.

The role demands leadership, budgeting, revenue awareness, and collaboration with sales and events. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field, plus at least three years in hotel or resort management,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in hotel/resort management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting and revenue management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the resort, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage operations
