We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the operations of our luxurious resort in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. The Resort Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning and profitability of all departments within the resort, including hospitality, food and beverage, housekeeping, and facilities management. You will maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent customer service and ensure that staff are trained to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all resort departments (hospitality, food & beverage, housekeeping, facilities management) to ensure smooth functioning and profitability.
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional service and guest-centric processes.
• Develop and monitor budgets, financial management, and revenue generation strategies.
• Lead, train, and manage staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure operational efficiency and guest experience excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar resort/hospitality leadership role.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial management, and revenue generation.
• Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
