Job summary

Parsons seeks a highly experienced Resident Supervision Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead a multidisciplinary team on an infrastructure project focusing on MEP works and tunnel services fit-out.

You will oversee ~30 construction supervision professionals, ensure safety, quality, and KPI achievement, and maintain daily diaries and records for FIDIC contract administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 15 years of field construction experience.
• Proven experience in construction supervision.
• Strong MEP experience, tunnel services fit-out preferred.
• FIDIC Red Book or Gold Book knowledge.
• Experience leading a 30+ person mixed-discipline team.

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Resident Supervision Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of construction supervision professionals on a unique infrastructure project, with a strong focus on MEP works and tunnel services fit-out.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead a team of approximately 30 construction supervision professionals
• Ensuring Client objectives of safety and quality are achieved by the contractor under supervision
• Ensuring Parsons meets its KPIs
• Issuing a daily diary to the FIDIC Engineer
• Ensuring contemporaneous records are maintained in support of the FIDIC Engineer's administration of the construction contract

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related construction discipline. A Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred.
• 15 years of experience in field construction is required.
• Prior experience of Construction Supervision
• Strong MEP experience, preferably involving tunnel services fit-out or similar projects.
• Prior experience as Resident Engineer would be advantageous but not essential
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC Red Book or Gold Book
• Strong technical knowledge in construction techniques and quality aspects of RC structures/foundations and/or Roads/Utilities and/or MEP/Municipal Facilities
• Prior experience leading mixed-discipline construction team of 30+ personnel
