Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Specialist (Trainee) to join our team under the Tamheer program. The trainee will gain hands‑on experience in product development, testing, and evaluation while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support innovation and product improvement initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Support in product development activities, including supplier coordination, sample follow-up, and flavor requests
• Conduct evaluation and testing for new products alongside the R&D team and generate technical reports under the supervision of the Product Developer
• Participate in product developer trials at the plant and attend new product launches to gain practical knowledge
• Prepare product samples in the laboratory for sensory evaluation and tasting
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance technical and operational understanding
• Coordinate with the plant for base material requests and prepare documentation for sample shipping and receiving (suppliers or other business units)
• Prepare presentations and reports to summarize findings and progress

Qualifications & Skills
