Job description

We have an opening for a Finance Manager to join a leading advertising and media agency in KSA. The role requires candidates who are already based in KSA, with proven experience as a Finance Manager in the advertising and media industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations and international standards.
• Manage financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support strategic business decisions and performance monitoring.
• Ensure accurate and timely client billing, revenue recognition, and contract financial review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost management and improve profitability.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements in KSA.
• Mentor and develop finance team members to enhance overall team capability and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a Finance Manager role within the advertising, media, or creative services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
• Proven track record in financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia and eligible to work without sponsorship.
