You will showcase products, prepare quotations, assist in payments, invoicing, and delivery coordination, aiming to close deals and achieve annual sales goals while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in showroom sales and direct customer interactions.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Proven ability to follow up and close sales.
• Experience in preparing quotations and assisting in payments/invoicing.

Responsibilities

Interacts directly with customers throughout all phases of the Showroom sales process. Maintain the Strong Relations with the customers and achieve the Sales Target based on the company plan.

Key Accountability Areas

Customer Interactions:

• Giving warm welcome and meet customers in the showroom, understand their needs, and make presentations.
• Build close and good relations with potential and existing customers and ensure proper follow up.

Showroom Sales:

• Showcasing showroom products to showroom customers.
• Promoting new products for customer awareness.
• Support in preparing the quotations according to the customers’ needs and specifications.
• Follow up with the customers till closing the deal.
• Support in the process of payments from customers, carry out invoicing procedures and follow up delivery process.
• Achieving the annual sales target.

Coordination and Communication:

• Interaction & coordination with internal departments like brand management, logistics, etc. wherever required.

Role Accountability

• Collaborate with teams to get the work effectively achieved.
• Ensure effective communication with peers and managers, and show openness to directions and feedback.

Delivery:

• Execute the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
• Use resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.

• Solve any related issues arise and escalate any complex operational problems.
