Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Java Tech Lead / Solution Architect for a remote telecom project based in Saudi Arabia. You will own solution architecture, lead technical discovery, and deliver a production-ready MVP blending Java, Spring Boot, React, and cloud-native tech.

You will mentor three full-stack developers, design scalable microservices, implement secure auth with OAuth2/OIDC, and collaborate with UK-based stakeholders and partners.

Qualifications

8+ years of commercial Java development with leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the technical architecture for the customer portal and integration platform in BSS/OSS.
Lead technical discovery and establish MVP strategy and foundations.
Develop REST APIs, domain models, and microservices with DDD principles.
Balance architecture and hands-on coding with ~50/50 split.
Guide a small team of three developers through planning and delivery.
Institute coding standards, quality gates, and secure practices.
Shape frontend architecture in React/TypeScript and review frontend code.
