Job summary

Assetara Limited is seeking a Talent Scout for a fully remote role. You will source, engage, and screen high-potential candidates for our AI-fintech ecosystem, focusing on international opportunities and presenting Assetara professionally.

The role emphasizes first-stage interviews, daily candidate outreach, and strict compliance with recruitment practices. A strong drive, charisma, and basic English are essential for internal reporting and team communications.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and objection handling.
• Proficient with Zoom and Google Meet.
• Basic to intermediate English for reporting and team communication.
• Experience in cold sales, telemarketing, sourcing or recruitment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through professional networks and job boards.
• Engage with candidates via messages or calls and present the opportunity.
• Conduct 15–20 minute first-stage interviews via Zoom or Meet.
• Carry out 2–3 first-stage interviews per workday when qualified candidates are available.
• Maintain candidate records in tracking sheets and refer to Regional Manager for final interviews.
• Follow company policies and privacy requirements in all communications.
