Job summary

sol company is seeking an experienced E‑Commerce / Marketplace Specialist to manage seller portals and scale B2C operations. You will own product listings, pricing, inventory, and order fulfillment while coordinating with internal teams and external marketplace partners.

The role requires hands-on experience with major marketplaces, strong analytics, and the ability to drive performance improvements across the ecommerce stack. This is a full-time position with remote work options.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of relevant E-Commerce / Marketplace experience.
• Hands-on experience with Noon and Amazon Seller Central.
• Experience with Trendyol or other major marketplaces is highly preferred.
• Understanding of marketplace operations from product listing through order fulfillment, delivery and returns.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the complete E-Commerce channel.
• Experience working with marketplace partners and account managers.
• Strong understanding of B2C operations and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain E-Commerce seller portals and dashboards.
• Create and update product listings, catalogs and SKUs.
• Set pricing, promotions and manage inventory.
• Process customer orders and coordinate fulfillment.
• Handle returns, refunds, and customer issues.
• Monitor KPIs and marketplace performance.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Operations and Finance.
