Job summary

Opus in Riyadh is seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketplace Specialist to manage daily operations across Noon, Amazon Saudi Arabia, and other marketplaces. You will optimize product listings, monitor inventory, coordinate with warehouse, finance, and marketing.

Key success factors include data-driven sales analysis, pricing optimization, campaign execution, and ensuring brand consistency. Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and fluent Arabic/English are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Two to four years of professional experience managing e-commerce marketplaces or digital sales operations.
  • Hands-on experience with noon or Amazon seller portals; experience with both is preferred.
  • Good understanding of order cycles, inventory, pricing, returns, settlements, commissions, and fees.
  • Experience creating and optimizing individual and bulk product listings.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for managing data, inventory, and reports.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and translate findings into clear actions.
  • Strong Arabic communication skills and a good command of English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ROXA’s seller accounts and storefronts on noon, Amazon Saudi Arabia, and other approved marketplaces.
  • Create and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, specifications, keywords, and categories.
  • Review listing quality and ensure product information is accurate, brand-consistent, and compliant with each marketplace’s requirements.
  • Manage prices, discounts, promotions, and coupons, ensuring accurate and timely implementation.
  • Monitor inventory daily, update available quantities, and coordinate with the warehouse to prevent stockouts or overselling.
  • Track orders from receipt through delivery and resolve pending, cancelled, or returned orders with operations and customer service teams.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping providers on fulfilment, delivery, and marketplace-specific shipping requirements.
  • Monitor seller performance, account health, service quality, and compliance metrics, addressing alerts and violations promptly.
  • Manage return, reimbursement, and dispute claims, following open cases through resolution.
  • Participate in marketplace campaigns and seasonal events, preparing products, pricing, and inventory before launch.
  • Manage and optimize sponsored advertising within marketplaces under approved budgets when required.
  • Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and product-level performance, providing actionable growth recommendations.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and product rankings, and recommend improvements to pricing, content, and assortment.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering sales, inventory, returns, commissions, and marketplace profitability.
  • Review settlement statements, commissions, and fees for accuracy in coordination with the finance team.
  • Monitor marketplace policy and operational updates and ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Coordinate with content, design, marketing, finance, and operations teams to deliver marketplace initiatives.

Role Purpose
